Change Agents UK is a charity and not-for-profit organisation. Established in 1996, our charitable purpose is to promote public awareness and understanding of the principles of sustainability – and how to put them into practice in life and work. We work to achieve this through research, recruitment in the sustainability sector, resourcing and delivering sustainability projects and through our Grants for Good programme that supports micro-initiatives in higher education and in communities.

Experts in sustainability recruitment and members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), we recruit exceptional people into roles working on sustainability projects or in ethical and responsible organisations in the public, private and third sectors.

We support young people wishing to use their careers to make a positive difference. We run Sustainability Careers workshops with universities and provide opportunities for employers and graduates to expand their capabilities and horizons through our Internship programme.

We also undertake research and resource and deliver sustainability projects independently and in partnership with others.
