Concern is hiring an Environmental Sustainability Coordinator (Systems and Operations) with a view to supporting the management of the organisational Environment Strategy. Ensuring Concern’s contribution to a sustainable planet and environment is a key recent commitment of the organisation, adding to and building on the many years of our programme work on natural resources management, agriculture, forestry and related interventions. This position is important in ensuring that Concern keeps track of and drives the newer objectives in the strategy that are not part of programmes and to provide technical support to a variety of sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives across the organisation, particularly in the areas of systems and operations. The Coordinator will work very closely with the Climate and Environmental Adviser.
