Founded by Doug Grieve in 2002 and then incorporated in 2007, Grieve Strategic initially provided strategic business planning services to a diverse range of businesses. From 2007 the work stream progressively migrated towards providing services to the water industry with a focus on biosolids recycling to land. We are now a small team of experts providing specialist services to the bioresources recycling industry primarily in the UK and expect the business to expand over the next few years.

Grieve Strategic provides value-added specialist services to the bioresource recycling industry with a particular focus on organic materials (e.g. sewage sludge, biosolids, compost, digestate, water treatment sludge and paper sludge), treatment, quality assurance/control systems, land use and regulatory requirements/compliance.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager in organic material management. Ideally candidates will have experience and knowledge in biosolids treatment and recycling to agricultural land and quality assurance systems. However related experience and knowledge may also be acceptable. The main purpose of the role will be to provide technical support services to customers including customer management, quality assurance and writing/maintaining technical documents.
This permanent full-time role will be home-based but will require periodic travel (approx. 1 day/week and on occasions this may require overnight stays). Candidates will therefore require a valid full UK driving licence and access to a car.
