Welcome to our Grievance Reporting Form which is a safe, confidential, and respectful space for you to voice concerns. All grievances are taken seriously and reviewed promptly, and we guarantee that no action will be taken against anyone for raising a concern in good faith.

We are committed to operating responsibly and transparently. This form allows any stakeholder such as an employee, supplier, customer, or community member to submit a grievance or concern. All submissions are reviewed seriously and confidentially, and submissions may be made anonymously.

What happens after I have submitted this form?

• You will receive a confirmation in your preferred contact manner within 5 days (if contact information is provided)
• All grievances are reviewed by a designated internal stakeholder or ethics officer.
• Investigations aim to be completed within 30 days of receipt.
• Retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited and against our policies.
