We are committed to operating responsibly and transparently. This form allows any stakeholder such as an employee, supplier, customer, or community member to submit a grievance or concern. All submissions are reviewed seriously and confidentially, and submissions may be made anonymously.
What happens after I have submitted this form?
- You will receive a confirmation in your preferred contact manner within 5 days (if contact information is provided)
- All grievances are reviewed by a designated internal stakeholder or ethics officer.
- Investigations aim to be completed within 30 days of receipt.
- Retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited and against our policies.
